Club-/BusinessMaker EULA supplement

Existing ClubMaker customers have the right to receive software maintenance including software updates during a limited period until June 30th 2021 with the conclusion of the extended maintenance contract for ClubMaker. The EULA applies, whereby section 4 (software updates and maintenance) is replaced by the following text of the contract due to the one-time extension until June 30th 2021:

4. Software updates and maintenance

With the purchase of the extended software maintenance for ClubMaker you have the right to get software updates (bug fixes, adjustments etc.) during the time until June 30th 2021 within the scope of the software maintenance without separate charge. After this period, no more software maintencnce will be done. Upgrade to the acutal version is included and will secure the data migration to Fairgate.
